Perth median house sale price rose 20 per cent over past 12 months - REIWA

Perth’s median house sale price continues to rise, increasing 1.9 per cent in August and 20.7 per cent over the past year to reach $688,000. Ms Cath Hart REIWA CEO said the market was experiencing extraordinary conditions, with no signs of easing in the short term.
