“Having that background experience as a builder has given me the knowledge and helped me hugely with assisting my clients and helping them work out the potential in a home,” he said.
Starting out as a sales associate and learning from great mentors and leaders in his office, it wasn’t long before Mr Harding was becoming a popular agent in his own right.
Mr Harding is passionate about auction campaigns, best practice use of marketing, and utilising technology to the client's advantage.
“I was very fortunate in my first year to learn the ropes directly from Braden Menzies and Sascha Smithett, they have both been great mentors in my journey and have taught me all facets of real estate,” he said.
When the opportunity arose to take a look at what Ray White could offer to a business owner, Mr Harding knew that it was his chance to take the next leap of his career.
“Ray White’s marketing, technology and training is phenomenal, and I truly believe that they are the best partner to achieve new heights for the Darwin real estate market,” he said.
“There are experts within the Ray White corporate team to lead you through every step of business ownership; whether it be property management, marketing, recruitment or performance.”

“The greater Darwin region extends from the city out to the rural areas, but our focus will be on the northern, coastal and inner city suburbs,” he said.
“It truly is a fantastic and easy place to live in Darwin; we don’t have traffic jams, everything is an easy 15 minute drive, and of course the warm weather and laid back lifestyle,”
“The housing in Darwin can suit a range of budgets and lifestyle stages, with some suburbs having entry level homes and then a couple of streets away you are seeing $1.5million price tags,” he said.
