CobdenHayson Drummoyne welcome Tony Nico to the team a thoughtful, experienced, and highly strategic professional with a strong connection to the Inner West.
Tony brings with him over 20 years of leadership experience from the corporate world, having led the Australia and New Zealand commercial arm of a global brand. His background has shaped him into a calm, commercially mature operator with refined skills in negotiation, customer relationship management, and market strategy.
But more than his resume, it’s Tony’s approach to people that stands out. He leads with quiet confidence, integrity, and an ability to connect with clients on a deep, trust-based level. He listens intently, responds with considered advice, and genuinely values the long-term relationships that underpin successful outcomes.
A long-time Inner West local and active community member, Tony made the conscious decision to step into real estate after years of buying and selling property personally. He saw it as a chance to bring his professional expertise to an industry that is deeply personal.
In his own words: “I’ve always believed that success in any field comes down to how well you understand people - what they need, what they’re worried about, and where they want to go. Joining CobdenHayson was a natural fit. It’s a business built on authenticity, clarity, and genuinely good people. I’m excited to be part of that.”
Drummoyne Director, Chad Egan, summed it up well: “Tony brings a strategic mindset and a level of care that’s rare. His background, his work ethic, and his ability to adapt in any environment make him a natural fit for our team.”
