Ray White announce that the one and only Andrew McCulloch has become the proud new owner of Ray White Shore Group on the Gold Coast, with offices in Sovereign Island, Paradise Point, Runaway Bay and Pacific Pines.
One of the most experienced young operators in the country, with a 20 year career spanning across Australia and New Zealand, Andrew McCulloch has a wealth of experience, having previously led growth teams and owned his own real estate franchise.
As a previous CEO for Ray White in New South Wales before he moved his family to the Gold Coast for a sea-change last year, Andrew’s diverse background within the industry makes him well-positioned to drive the success of the Ray White Shore Group.
Up until this latest step, Andrew has been the leading group’s national head of growth, spearheading recruitment across Australia and supporting all market CEOs to increase their numbers of high performing agents.
"I’m thrilled to become the leader of the Ray White Shore Group, the opportunity to lead such a dynamic business is incredibly exciting. I've spent years advising and guiding high-performing offices across our network and others, and now, I’m eager to apply those learnings to build something special for my future and my children’s future," Andrew McCulloch said.
"I’m 100 per cent focused on creating a culture that reflects innovation and community connection while delivering the very best results for our clients."
Andrew’s leadership will aim to revitalise the existing businesses by fostering a culture of collaboration and strong local ties.
"I’ve always believed in giving back to the community, and one of my goals is to create opportunities that support local sports teams, charities, and other community initiatives. We’ll match the contributions dollar for dollar to demonstrate our commitment to the region," he added.
Under Andrew’s stewardship, Ray White Shore Group will continue to expand, with exciting plans already underway for the Paradise Point office in particular.
"This will mark the start of a new chapter for the team. We're bringing fresh energy and leadership to a business that has long been a pillar in the Gold Coast property market."
Andrew is passionate about the Gold Coast and is looking forward to embedding himself in the community. "I’ve fallen in love with the area and the people here. The Gold Coast is a vibrant place for growth, and I can’t wait to work with our talented team to bring even more value to the region."
As a forward-thinking leader, Andrew is confident that Ray White Shore Group will remain at the forefront of the local property market.
“The offices are in prime locations across the Gold Coast, and we’re ready to take them to the next level. It’s an exciting time for the business, and I’m proud to be leading it."
Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew said he was so thrilled to welcome Andrew McCulloch to become a multi-office business owner in one of the most exciting real estate markets in Australia.
“We thank Ali Mian for everything he has done so far inside our group. He has represented our group so well and built one of the largest sales teams on the northern end of the Gold Coast and he’s now handed the baton to Andrew McCulloch with style. We can't wait to see what this next chapter brings for the Shore Group under his leadership.”
The new leadership is effective on November 1.
