The move marks another milestone for the number one real estate business in South Australia, with director Jason Spagnuolo expressing his excitement at such highly regarded and experienced agents joining his group.

After nine years of running a successful business, the trio has chosen to align with Australasia’s largest real estate group, bringing their team of seven, impressive expertise, reputation and rent roll to the Norwood office.

For Linda Baker, joining Ray White feels like a homecoming. Having spent seven years with the group earlier in her career, she has always admired the White family and their legacy in Australian real estate.

Having been in business together for nearly a decade, Elesa, Linda, and Michael have built a loyal client base through word-of-mouth referrals and a deep understanding of Adelaide's dynamic property market.

Michael Duff brings an impressive portfolio of work, particularly along Adelaide’s linear park stretch, from Felixstow to Windsor Gardens. Known for his strong negotiating skills and ability to manage complex sales processes, Michael is excited about the growth opportunities ahead.

“We’ve worked almost everywhere across Adelaide, particularly in the eastern suburbs, and have developed a great understanding of the market. Now, as part of Ray White Norwood, we’re looking forward to expanding our team and nurturing the relationships that have driven our success for years,” Michael said.
