A South Australian real estate agent who unlawfully sold a house to an employee — his sister — had no intention to commit the offence and did not gain financially from the sale, a court has heard. Nabil Chehade, 39, appeared in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on Tuesday for sentencing submissions over allegations that, in 2013, he sold a client’s four-bedroom, one-bathroom, two-car-garage property to his brother-in-law and sister Yahya and Safa El Haj for $275,000.
