“We placed a strong emphasis on the relationship between the house and its outdoor spaces. The design flows from the interior out to the garden terraces, with views to the pool and landscape. The flowering frangipani vine on the trellis provides a lush green enclosure, creating a natural extension of the living spaces,” Emma told LUXURY LIST WEEKEND.

“The design provides distinct spaces for privacy and relaxation while also emphasizing areas for gathering and entertaining. For example, the spacious open-plan living and dining room connects effortlessly to the garden terrace, making it perfect for indoor-outdoor living.”

“Design features include terracotta steps from the living area that function as a miniature amphitheatre, ideal for casual gatherings.  Unglazed terracotta tiles, red Pilbara marble, and walnut cabinetry were also used for their timeless appeal and tactile quality,” Emma explained.
