Construction housing boom builds tension as complaints flare

The purchase and sale of property made a debut to the list as the NSW housing industry boomed in the past two years. NSW Fair Trading said the biggest issues in housing construction were "defective work, unsatisfactory or non-performance of a service and concerns about repairs or maintenance".
