Ray White Special Projects is marketing the 2.298ha site in Mango Hill on behalf of a Mortgagee.
An infill site just launched to the market north of Brisbane is gaining strong inquiry from the residential development sector as the South East Qld site market continues to lure interstate interest, says Ray White Special Projects.
The northern corridor site, a cleared parcel at Lot 3 Stodart Terrace, surrounded by residential housing, and located 25 km from the Brisbane CBD is next to the Capestone master-planned estate and close to the Mango Hill East railway station.
Ray White Special Projects Queensland executive director, Mark Creevey says the land is in one of Brisbane’s most active residential development corridors.
This has been reflected in the strong response to the marketing campaign to date with interest received from both South East Queensland and interstate groups, with possible end uses suggested including detached houses, townhouses, retirement and aged care.

The property is less than 2km from North Lakes, which was the fourth fastest growing region in the country in 2017.
“This growth was reflected in a population expansion of almost 40 per cent in five years,” Creevey said.

“Mango Hill is one of Queensland’s fastest growing suburbs. It is set to be transformed in the coming years.
Ray White Special Projects Queensland executive director, Tony Williams says facilities close by include St Benedicts primary and secondary schools, and a multitude of commercial, retail and lifestyle offerings within North Lakes.
The new 2000-student Mango Hill State High School, a $60 million project announced by the state government in late 2017, is expected to be completed in 2020.

“The property provides a variety of development options under the existing zoning of General Residential — Next Generation which caters for densities ranging from 15 to 75 dwellings per hectare,” Williams said.
The site has easy access to the Redcliffe peninsula, north to Caboolture and the Sunshine Coast, south to Brisbane airport and the CBD, and to the nearby Bruce Highway.
