A new financial year brings new beginnings and a buzz about what is in store for the next 12 months.
As the financial year closes and new residential development opportunities continue to open in Queensland, Ray White Special Projects Queensland has launched a special project of its own — a new property magazine titled "Development Opportunities - Edition 1".
The proposed bi-monthly magazine will feature details of current marketing campaigns, as well as market research pieces and recent sales.
Executive directors Mark Creevey and Tony Williams will head up the Ray White Special Projects QLD team, comprising director Matthew Fritzsche and associate directors Andrew Burke and Dax Roep.
Together, they have more than 50 years’ experience and are in the midst of some of the Sunshine State’s most significant residential development site transactions.
“A fantastic selection of seven new and exciting opportunities is highlighted in our first edition,” Creevey said.
“These include a 227-lot approved site in Hervey Bay, an approved 199-lot site in Jimboomba, two small approved townhouse sites in Maudsland on the Gold Coast, a 4.89ha site in the Brisbane Bayside suburb of Birkdale and a 2.29ha residential development site in Mango Hill being offered for sale by the Mortgagee.

“There’s also a 7.2ha residential development site in Wellington Point for sale on behalf of the Receivers and Managers, plus 4000sqm of beachfront land at Woorim on Bribie Island with DA for seven residential lots," Creevey said.
Williams said the launch of the magazine coincides with an exciting time for the market in Queensland.
“Now, more than ever, buyers from other states are seeing what we have known for a long time — it is a market filled with promise and potential,” Williams said.
“We are excited to move towards 2019 and continuing success as leaders in marketing Queensland residential development sites and as a key business in the Ray White Commercial network, which will next year celebrate its 20th anniversary in Australia.”

Fritzsche said the magazine will be available in both print and digital editions.
“Big thanks to Mike Wolter and the team at Wolter Consulting Group for supporting our first edition,” Fritzsche said.
“We hope our current and future clients enjoy reading our new magazine and we look forward to catching up with you in the marketplace soon.”
