Place Estate Agents announce that the Place Newmarket office, previously led by Mario Sultana and Karen Elliott, has now entered a new phase.  

As part of this exciting transition, Place’s top performing salesperson, Matthew Jabs, will spearhead the sales team, ensuring an ongoing commitment to excellence, market expertise, and a client-first approach. 

“Matt will continue to be a sales agent at Place Newmarket alongside his experienced team, ensuring the continued growth and success of the office  under the Place banner,” CEO of Place, Damian Hackett, said. 

Matthew has a highly successful team, which includes Ross Armstrong, Danny  Cody, James Gainford, Rosie Tanner, Gabrielle Rochester and Gaby Cortes. 

Collectively, the sales agents sold 174 properties in the 2023/2024 financial year,  making them one of the most successful teams in Brisbane’s competitive real  estate market. 

“As management changes, I’m thrilled to continue this journey with the Place Newmarket office, working closely with our exceptional sales team to deliver outstanding results for our clients,” Matthew said.
