Since joining REAL Specialists, Mason Garten has made some record-breaking sales in the Tweed Coast region.
In the past, Mason had his own office, but with REAL Specialists powering the back end of the business he understands that he can have his own brand without having to have staff.
WILLIAMS MEDIA spoke to Mason about why he's excited to have another brand now.
Why did you decide to join the RS team?
The owners of RS purchased my business (Coastal Real Estate Group) a couple of years ago. Previously, I started my Real Estate career with Jared and we worked together in Australia’s Largest Franchise Group where we were both multiple award winners. We are personal friends, and professional work colleagues.
How has RS supported your career milestones?
I am a fairly independent operator. RS gives me the ability to brand my business as I see fit and more importantly, strong back of house support which allows me to focus on sales.
Describe a few recent sale highlights
These three recent sales were record breaking, across different categories.
28 Highland Drive Terranora is a rural retreat with breathtaking views, located 10 minutes from Kingscliff. The elevated north facing block is around 4 acres (approx. 16,187sqm), with a grand double-storey residence inspired by an English country manor. Mason Garten sold the tranquil estate for $1,785,000.

6/282 Marine Parade is an exclusive dual-level penthouse positioned on the Kingscliff beachfront in the bespoke ‘Aqua Marine’ boutique residential complex. With large balconies, the property delivers northeast views of picturesque parkland, beach and Mt Warning and features a dedicated garage for up to 7 vehicles. 6/282 Marine Parade was sold by Mason Garten for $1,647,500.

Mason Garten sold the versatile Fingal Head retreat for $1,647,500.
