Shiv Nair and Peter Diamantidis are on a mission.
Yesterday, Peter Diamantidis unveiled the Ray White United Group, officially rebranding his own offices in St Marys, St Clair, Rooty Hill, Mt Druitt, and Marsden Park.
In addition, Peter Diamantidis and Shiv Nair of Ray White TNG - Glenwood have merged bringing these two high performing businesses together. This move brings the Glenwood office into Ray White United Group, with two becoming joint owners, expanding their footprint further into the burgeoning Hills region of north-west Sydney. Both Mr Diamantidis and Mr Nair are in the top 5 of all principals in Ray White NSW.
Together Ray White United Group now encompasses 100 professionals across multiple locations, combining their expertise to deliver even greater opportunities for their clients, agents, and property managers.Since the high-performing owner, Peter Diamantidis, opened his first business four years ago, he has been on a path of strong growth. His team has more than doubled their sales volume since 2021/22 to more than 700 sales so far, with three months left in the fiscal year.
Shiv Nair’s dominance in the Glenwood and the north west Hills region is undeniable, having been awarded "Agent of the Year" multiple times and holding suburb records in Kellyville and Rouse Hill.
Shiv Nair is a recognised leader in the Hills real estate market, consistently ranking among the top agents in NSW/ACT and holding multiple suburb records. His success is built on a reputation for integrity, client commitment, and market expertise.
“This merger strengthens our ability to continue providing exceptional service while accessing the United Group’s training and support. It allows us to focus on what we do best: delivering outstanding results for our clients,” Mr Nair said.
“The whole goal is to combine our resources and grow the business more into the North West Hills area. The opportunity to scale up will be magnified, ensuring that our team and clients benefit from even greater expertise and market reach.
“I am looking forward to winning back some time in my week to focus on growing and training the team. My team will now be part of the weekly sales and property management training, ensuring greater accountability and performance for each unit.”
Mr Diamantidis said: “United means together, and our team is united. We are one, and everyone in the team is locked on the name, Ray White United Group. I have always loved the team Manchester United from a very young age, so there’s that synergy too.”
“I have always been clear that I was on the path of expansion, and now we are in partnership with Shiv Nair in Glenwood,” he said.
“Shiv and his team will now share our PM and sales training and have access to our management staff to assist in further growth. Glenwood brings us one foot closer into the Hills too, which is a beautiful region. We can see us expanding this market even further.”
Mr Diamantidis emphasised that the collaboration is a natural fit, given the long-standing professional relationship between the two.
“Shiv and I have been friends for more than 10 years, and we share the same values and work ethic. This partnership makes sense on every level,” he said.
“We are in the business of people development, building a business of leaders making leaders, and we have a history of making people their best. When I opened my first business, I had six people with me. That has grown to 85, and now we have 100 people in our combined work family.
“Our goal is clear: to elevate the real estate experience for buyers, sellers, and investors while expanding our reach across new markets.
“We look forward to an exciting new chapter as Ray White United Group.”
Ray White Managing Director Dan White said it was exciting to see the Ray White United Group come to fruition.
