The Agency has expanded its presence in Queensland with Toowoomba’s most experienced and trusted team in Snow Real Estate joining the national real estate brand.

“Peter and David Snow are part of the fabric of Toowoomba and the real estate brand established by their father more than 70 years ago is the most recognised in the area due to their dedication and service,” The Agency CEO of Real Estate Matt Lahood said.

Peter Snow, who has been responsible for Snow’s property management division for the last 30 years will continue as Portfolio Partner said The Agency took a similar approach to working with its clients.

“Joining The Agency is a great outcome for our landlords and tenants, who will benefit from being part of a national brand,” he said.

“While our community has been drawn to the Snow name for more than 70 years, David and I were drawn to The Agency and what it could represent for our future and our clients’ future.”

David Snow, who joins The Agency as Property Partner said the move to The Agency gave him the ability to focus on client services and negotiation.

“We are now able to spend our time working with the people of Toowoomba rather than working on the day to day operations of the business,” he said. “This is a great new chapter and one that we see as coming at right time for myself and Peter.

The acquisition of Snow builds upon the opening of The Agency’s Toowoomba office in 2022 and sees another 500-plus managements joining our Toowoomba Property Management business which now has over 1,000 properties under management.

Combined with our Rockhampton portfolio, The Agency now operates over 2,000 managements in Regional Queensland in conjunction with the MDC Trilogy Group property management partnership, with both portfolios lead by our Regional QLD General Manager | PM, Kim Chester-Master.
