“The breathtaking views and ample natural light from the soaring ceilings were a highlight and buyers enjoyed the suite of features and being in a quiet cul-de-sac,” Taylor explained. 

“The location was another draw card as it epitomized the Noosa lifestyle, close to the Noosa River precinct and beaches.”

“The buyer is a couple from Brisbane who will be using the home as their weekender,” Taylor told LUXURY LIST WEEKEND.

According to Taylor, the market in the Noosa area is showing some encouraging signs. 

“A lot of buyers who have been sitting on the sidelines looking for opportunity are now having to act to avoid missing out,” she explained. 

“There are a lot of Brisbane and local buyers looking to secure a home on the waterfront to enjoy the lifestyle that is offered here.”
