Haiven Property co-founder and managing director Sean Hughes said he was thrilled with his agency’s speedy expansion.
Just four months since launching as Haiven Property, one of WA’s leading real estate agencies has dramatically magnified its property footprint, unveiling two new offices in prime Perth locations.
Hot on the heels of opening its new base in Applecross, North Beach-based Haiven Property has taken a foothold in the coveted western suburbs, with long-running agency The Property Exchange now operating as Haiven Property Central.
Haiven Property co-founder and managing director Sean Hughes said he was thrilled with his agency’s speedy expansion.
“We feel incredibly privileged to join forces with a strong team of exceptional agents who are synonymous with Subiaco,” he said.
“The Property Exchange has been a leader in real estate in Perth’s western suburbs for 27 years, so we feel humbled to be able to further nurture their success story as Haiven Property Central.
“Subiaco is experiencing a real resurgence, so it’s a brilliant time to be on the ground there.”
Haiven Property Central director Clare Nation said aligning with Haiven Property provided The Property Exchange team with fresh opportunities.
“Alongside Haiven’s long-established north and new south offices, this change to be part of WA's fastest-growing real estate agency will be pivotal to our next chapter of growth and collective accomplishments,” said Ms Nation.
“We love that our new contemporary look and brand elevates us within the market while our same committed and passionate team continues to share its deep expertise with our property sales and management clients across Leederville, North Perth, Joondanna, Mount Hawthorn, Wembley, Nedlands and Claremont.”
Mr Hughes and his business partner, top performing Perth agent Shane Beaumont, are eager to grow their three-office network both internally and externally and work with the best agents in the industry.
“The response to the opening of both new bases has been phenomenal and we’ve already got some great fresh recruits earmarked to join us before the year is out,” said Mr Hughes.
The duo plans for Haiven to be a 100-strong team by the end of 2024. Haiven Property Central is also led by director and licensee Julia Baker.
In 2024 Haiven Property continued its stellar run at the annual reiwa.com Awards, taking out the top medium office category for a fifth consecutive year.
