What are your predictions for the 2021 market in your area?

I think we are going to see the market stay the same for at least another 3-6 months.

What advice would you give to your vendors for the best outcome?

Make sure to pick the right agent to represent your biggest asset. Don't pick an agent based on fee, pick the agent who is confident in getting you the best possible price for your home.

What are your vendors currently saying about the market?

Most of them are blown away by what we have been able to achieve for them.

What are buyers currently saying about the market?

It's ridiculous.

What are your interests outside of Real Estate?

I’m a big supporter of the NRL, so you will either find me watching that or playing some guitar in my time off & enjoying time at the beach.

What is the one thing you have learnt over your years as an agent?

I alone can be the difference in an owner achieving an extra $20,000 - $50,000+ for their home.
