Belle Property is on an ambitious journey to solidify its position as the premier agency in the prestigious Sydney lower north shore area with the appointment of a new co-principal, David Benjafield.
Backed by over 20 years of experience in selling within the coveted Mosman market, Belle Property is on an ambitious journey to solidify its position as the premier agency in the prestigious Sydney lower north shore area with the appointment of a new co-principal, David Benjafield.
Working with lead Principals Matthew Smythe and Mark Jackson, who took over the reins of the Belle Property Mosman office 12 months ago having already cemented their dominance across the lower north shore with sister offices Neutral Bay, Crows Nest, and Cammeray, David’s appointment rewards and recognises his commitment.
Belle Property lead Principal Matthew Smythe is thrilled about the direction Belle Mosman is heading. “David has dedicated the last seven years to Belle Property and is a key part of our vision going forward.
“Recognising the immense potential in the prestigious and vibrant Mosman real estate market, Belle Property is seeking to expand its presence in the area and this is an important step in our strategy which provides added depth to our team.”
David Benjafield's appointment is pivotal to Belle Property's vision for Mosman and beyond the professional realm, his connection to the Lower North Shore is deeply personal, "Being a part of the community, raising my two young sons, and the opportunity to play an even more integral role in Belle Property's journey is both an honour and a responsibility," David shares.
"Our commitment is to go above and beyond in providing exceptional real estate experiences that will benefit the entire community and my new role will help support this."
Belle Property lead Principal Mark Jackson adds, "David’s extensive knowledge and deep understanding of the market make him an invaluable asset to the agency, and we are further strengthened by the recent addition of highly successful sales agent, Megan Thomas to the team."
Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb believes Belle Mosman is in a great position moving forward, “With Matthew Smythe, Mark Jackson and David Benjafield at the helm, the stage is set for a remarkable chapter in Mosman's real estate story,” he said.
