Realmark Urban, along with other Realmark teams gathered at their headquarters in Leederville, as the event was livestreamed for the first time, to celebrate their colleagues and teams who were awarded as finalists for the event.

There were six awards Realmark Urban were finalists and waited to hear the results.

Two of those awards went to Nathan Tonich for Residential Salesperson of the Year and The Smith Team for Residential Sales Team of the Year.

"There were a lot of deserving candidates at last night’s event," said Mr Tonich.

"It was extremely humbling to be considered as finalist for this category, up against some of the industry’s best professionals.

"I’ve been grateful to work with a very collaborative and supportive team this last year, which I feel has helped me elevate the real estate experience I am able to offer my clients.”

Ryan Smith and Catrina Lane make up The Smith Team. 

“Being relatively new to the game, it does make it difficult to get a foot in the door when you’re going up against established agents," said Mr Smith.

"I think this really just made us hungrier and more enthusiastic and that’s what’s set us apart.

"As a team we’re very positive, we’re all about helping others and being passionate about what we do."
