WA still the most affordable state for housing and rentals - REIWA
Despite strong market conditions, Western Australia is still the most affordable state for housing and rentals, according to the Real Estate Institute of Australia’s (REIA) latest Housing Affordability Report.
Perth properties sell 57 days faster than September last year
Data from the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia finds houses in Perth are selling 27 days quicker last month, according to president Damian Collins.
