McGrath Caloundra Principal Jodie Hedley-Ward had more than one reason to celebrate at the REIQ Awards after being named Residential Salesperson of the Year and winning the Community Service Award with her team.
McGrath Caloundra has taken two of the top honours at the REIQ Awards Gala held on the weekend.
Not only was Principal Jodie Hedley-Ward named Residential Salesperson of the year, but the office also received the Community Service Award for its Community Giveback Program.
Started in early 2017, the initiative has since close to $150,000 and donated to 125 not-for-profit organisations.
Mrs Hedley-Ward said the individual and collective recognition was "an incredible moment" in her career.
"We are incredibly passionate about our community and every single member of our team has devoted time and funds to support our Community Giveback Program," she said.
"To have raised close to $150,000 in that time is wonderful, but the true reward has been seeing many people we have touched and to see our team grow closer as a result of the experiences we have shared.
"I’m honoured to be named the Residential Salesperson of the Year, among such a stellar group of finalists."
McGrath Franchise Network Head Christopher Mourd said Mrs Hedley-Ward's accolades were well deserved.
“Jodie is an outstanding member of the McGrath team and we are delighted that she has been recognised by the REIQ," he said.
"Her energy and professionalism inspires all of us, and her commitment to deliver the best results for her clients is befitting for her award as Sales Person of the Year.
"McGrath Caloundra has exemplified our company’s commitment to supporting and giving back to its local communities."
