With more than 18 years' experience under his belt, Mr Marsden has carved out a formidable career for himself as a sales agent, principal, auctioneer, and coach. 

Head of Franchise Network for McGrath, Christopher Mourd said it's the perfect time to bring Justin on board, as the company plans to ramp up its growth and expansion plans.

“Justin is a quality addition to the McGrath team – his experience as a business owner, agent and auctioneer is second to none. We are looking forward to Justin have a positive impact on our growth,” said Mr Mourd. 

Mr Marsden says McGrath offers an "excellent platform from which we can leverage our brand in the region from Northern New South Wales to Cairns".

Mr Marsden told WILLIAMS MEDIA there's a lot of work to be done as the market changes, but he's keen to get stuck in and achieve good results.

"We are moving into a challenging market that requires a highly skilled and motivated team to sell property and work transparently to achieve good outcomes for both our vendors and our buyers."

Mr Marsden will also assume the responsibility of Chief Auctioneer for Queensland.
