Ripple Wu has been announced as Director and Co-Principal of McGrath Boxhill.
Ripple Wu joined McGrath last month as a sales agent. Ms Wu previously enjoyed a stint at Ray White Blackburn as the number two female agent for Ray White in Victoria and Tasmania.
“It is with great pleasure to have Ripple Wu come on board as the new Director and Co-Principal of McGrath Boxhill. Ripple is a multi-award-winning agent with a proven and consistent sales track record in the area," McGrath Head of Franchise Christopher Mourd said.
Ms Wu describes her approach to real estate as “enthusiastic, passionate and hard working” and was attracted to McGrath as their business values strongly aligned with her own.
“My business mantra is very simple and is based on honesty and integrity. I believe strong trust between agents and clients is the best way to grow your business. If you always tell your clients the truth and be honest with them, you'll be rewarded," Ms Wu told WILLIAMS MEDIA.
Full of praise for Ms Wu, Mr Mourd says her extensive experience will make her a huge asset to McGrath.
“Ms Wu is a dedicated agent who has hit the ground running since joining us. She passionate about bringing a high level of customer service to all of her clients, that is synergistic with our own core values.
“Her highly sought after negotiation skills have won her ongoing client referrals and repeat business and she enjoys a strong connection to the local community. We believe her experience and market knowledge will be a huge asset to McGrath in servicing both our vendors and buyers," Mr Mourd said.
The area of Boxhill was named as one of McGrath Founder and Executive Director John McGrath's top picks in his McGrath 2019 Report.
“Despite a cooling market, I believe the Melbourne offers good potential for capital growth over the long term due to solid population and employment growth, major investment in infrastructure, and affordable housing that will be a catalyst for interstate migration.
“Located around 14 kilometres east of the city, Boxhill is a cosmopolitan suburb with strong public transport links and importantly its own hospital and school. The bustling multicultural hub is thriving with houses on large blocks that have great development potential,” Mr McGrath said.
