Perth’s largest Realmark agency, Realmark Coastal, has welcomed the number one sales agent for Connolly, Julie Cross, and her son Jamie, to its highly-successful, growing team.
UK-born Julie, who has held the title of top agent in the northern suburbs for the past four years, said she was thrilled to have joined the top performing real estate office led by Jenny Hughes and son, Sean.
“This is the first and only move I’ve made since starting in real estate in Australia and I’m very excited Jamie and I will be the second mother-and-son team at Realmark Coastal,” said Julie, who was recognised by REWIA as a Master Salesperson for the 2020/21 year, with more than $1 million gross commission in sales.
“I felt the time was right for a significant career advance and professional growth and I wanted somewhere that aligned with my key values of honesty and integrity.
“After looking around, I knew there was no better place to go than WA’s number one real estate office as the systems, education, training and motivation on offer are second-to-none.”
Realmark Coastal Director, Sean Hughes said the group was excited to be welcoming Julie and Jamie to the team.
“Julie is well recognised in the Connolly, Joondalup and Kinross areas and bringing her and Jamie’s motivated energy and high performance into the Realmark Coastal fold is a wonderful additional dynamic to our expanding group of highly-successful agents,” he explained.
“This provides a unique space for them to build on their mother-son real estate bond as they’ll be able to draw on the learning and knowledge Jenny and I have gained to fast-track their goals, as success breeds success.
“As an agency, this also extends our footprint into Perth’s north eastern corridor and gives us a nice cross section of the market, which is fantastic.”
Julie, who spent 28 years working abroad in real estate and hospitality business, said the shift to Realmark Coastal was a tremendous opportunity as she transitions into a team with Jamie.
“Being part of a thriving team-based environment with all the know-how in place to achieve that next level of growth is critical and the time is right, with Perth’s property market going from strength-to-strength with no sign of slowing,” she said.
