Dennis Vertzayias has joined Colliers International as National Director, Head of Residential New South Wales Project Marketing.
The appointment comes as the business continues to expand and strengthen its residential team, firming up its position as leaders in the Sydney market.
Mr Vertzayias has over 30 years of experience in the property industry, primarily in the new developments and project marketing sectors.
He told WILLIAMS MEDIA he was excited with the opportunity to join a highly respected global real estate company.
"The brand is well established in the residential project marketing sector nationally, with a strong presence in apartments, homes, house and land and residential estates. In addition to servicing these sectors, and in line with the changing market, I will be looking to expand the business into the boutique owner occupier market. We will look to bring our expertise to the more boutique sector, servicing smaller, high quality projects in well-established selected locations in Sydney. I will also be establishing a specialist team servicing only newly constructed built form product focused on localised markets." Mr Vertzayias said.

Mr Vertzayias has represented some of Australia’s largest institutions and market leading private developers in the country, overseeing a pipeline of more than $7 billion of new projects primarily across Sydney Metro, but also across NSW and QLD. These have ranged from higher end medium scale boutique developments, right through to multi-staged total urban renewals comprising of more than 1,000 dwellings.
"For more than 20 years, I have also successfully trained, mentored and managed a large team of project marketing professionals and helped them to excel in the field, become better professionals, and get the very best out of themselves, for the benefit of our clients”, Mr Vertzayias said.
Overseeing the NSW Residential Project Marketing business, Mr Vertzayias will be responsible for the operations, management, growth and success of the Colliers NSW residential business.
"This includes the strategic management, marketing and sale of new apartments, new homes, house and land, residential estates and resale’s (newly constructed built form)."
