Stephanie Taylor has joined the Realmark Coastal team as a new sales associate.
Ms Taylor has real estate in her blood, being around the industry since the tender age of four.
“I grew up in real estate as my mother owned an office in Subiaco,” Ms Taylor told WILLIAMS MEDIA.
“I worked alongside her since she opened the business in 2006, and she taught me the nuances of the trade.
“She showed me how to be persistent and ensure that each client receives outstanding service.”
Ms Taylor has 11 years experience, starting from the ground up giving her an understanding of all facets of the job.
“I have been selling for about seven years and sold my first house when I was 21."

Ms Taylor said, “Realmark Coastal has a fantastic environment and culture to work in and I feel very suited to this progressive office".
“I have teamed up with senior sales associate Karen Riches, working together to service clients.
“The goal is to be able to give your clients the best service, by having more than one person in the team.
“Real estate is all about the client. I love achieving great results for them,” Ms Taylor continued.
“My favourite part is at the end of the transaction when everything is finished, seeing their satisfaction and how happy they are with the level of service provided to them and the outcomes achieved.
“This always results in referrals and repeat business. People love service consistency.”

Karen Riches, senior sales associate at Realmark said as a younger female in the industry she was surprised to meet someone of a similar age who had as much experience and passion as herself.
“I didn’t think there were many of us out there. I was really impressed with Stephanie’s background.
“Real estate is second nature to her, and Stephanie is as excited about the industry as I am.
“One significant success story to share is 130 Jersey Street, Jolimont. This property had previously been on the market with another agent but was successfully sold by Stephanie for $200 thousand above the reserve, for $1.594 million.
