Ms Benzie brings over 15 years of experience in real estate, having built her career in Perth’s western suburbs, most recently with Belle Property. She began as a property manager before progressing to senior property manager and then Head of Department. Following maternity leave, she returned to a senior role but has now stepped back into leadership, ready to take on the next challenge.
“I’ve always been passionate about property management and building strong client relationships. This role allows me to support both the team and our clients in a way that ensures long-term success for everyone involved. I’m excited to lead the department and implement new initiatives that enhance our service and efficiency.”
In her new role, Ms Benzie will oversee property management operations, team leadership, and the implementation of strategic programs to improve processes and client experience. Her deep industry knowledge and long-term client relationships reinforce Haiven’s commitment to quality service.
Ms Snelgar, whose real estate career began in 2010, has specialised in property development and land sales in Perth’s southern suburbs. She brings extensive expertise in legislation, appraisals, and residential property management, strengthening Haiven’s client engagement and growth strategies.
Ms Snelgar said her decision to join Haiven was driven by its rapid expansion and innovative approach.
"Real estate has always been my passion, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of such a talented and supportive team. Gayle, Sean, and Shane have shown tremendous confidence in my abilities and ideas, creating an environment of collaboration and encouragement. I’m excited to contribute to Haiven's continued success in this thriving industry."
Haiven Property Founder and Managing Director, Sean Hughes, welcomed the appointments, reinforcing the company’s commitment to strong leadership and continued growth.
