Sydney’s leading property group BresicWhitney has grown its Lower North Shore team with the appointment of established sales agent Stephen O’Sullivan.

Stephen brings over a decade of focused sales expertise to the group and is a specialist in the areas of Waverton and Wollstonecraft – the latter in which he was named 2024’s ‘Agent of the Year’ (RateMyAgent).

Stephen’s appointment comes at a time of momentum for the independent Sydney-focused group. It recently announced growth in both its Eastern Suburbs and Inner West teams with the appointment of high-performing agents, Peter Perry and Louise Mitchell. In total BresicWhitney sold $2.5 billion of Sydney property in 2024 and is readying for more success in 2025.
