Hockingstuart, announce the opening of its new office in the peri-urban town of Bacchus Marsh, Victoria, covering Bacchus Marsh, Maddingley and Darley led by real estate expert Adam Tucci.
Australia’s most trusted name in real estate for over 35 years, Hockingstuart, announce the opening of its new office in the peri-urban town of Bacchus Marsh, Victoria. The new office will cover Bacchus Marsh, Maddingley and Darley, conveniently located within equal distance from the major cities of Melbourne, Ballarat and Geelong.
The opening comes a few months after the opening of another Hockingstuart in Point Cook and is the 16th office to open nationally.
The new Hockingstuart office will be run by local real estate expert Adam Tucci, who has over 11 years of experience in real estate and grew up in the area. The locals consider Adam a dedicated and genuine agent that sellers and buyers in Bacchus Marsh can trust. Being a lifelong local and prominent in the area, Adam understands the local community and what they look for in a property.
“The people who live in Bacchus Marsh are a hard-working bunch, many of them working with fruit and vegetable produce and running small businesses. Many of those who live here are families attracted to the number of large homes with property features such as sheds, pools, tennis courts and big backyards,” Adam said about the area.
“With the Bacchus Marsh Grammar School, we also get a lot of people moving from Hoppers Crossing, Werribee and Point Cook, and we’ve seen people migrate from the larger cities for a quieter lifestyle.”
The local market, like many others, slowed down for a period of time with the cost of living and interest rates increasing, but Adam is finding that the property market is starting to flourish again.
Many of Adam’s clients are locals looking to re-buy bigger properties, and there’s also an increase in rental properties in the area.
Not only does Adam have a stellar reputation in Bacchus Marsh, but his accolades are also a testament to his success. In previous years, Adam has been awarded Diamond Agent, and in his first year in real estate in 2014, he was awarded Best First Year Sales Person, a strong indication that real estate was his true calling.
After being approached by other real estate networks over the years, Adam never felt such a good fit as he did with Hockingstuart. “I was instantaneously impressed with the level of professionalism, support and attention to detail that the Hockingstuart team showed me, even during the first meeting.
My philosophy is to gain lifelong trust with my clients, and working with one of the most trusted names in the industry made the decision even easier for me. I’m very excited to be applying my existing approach to real estate with the support from Hockingstuart.”
Belle Property and Hockingstuart Head of State Victoria, Anthony Webb shares Adam’s excitement: “We are thrilled to expand our network to Bacchus Marsh and couldn’t think of a better real estate agent to introduce Hockingstuart to the local community.
We have complete trust in Adam’s ability to continue offering genuine and professional service to the locals, with the full backing of our network.”
