Participating in Tour de Office, the Coronis Group announce they have raised $16,780 for mental health service Beyond Blue. Raising funds and awareness, Coronis team members from across South-East Queensland descended upon their Lutwyche office for a week to ride for a cause.

Coronis Group CEO Karuna Mazzocchi said “I am so proud of our team’s efforts in supporting mental health. We raised $16,780 over 5 days for Beyond Blue, and continued to create a space where people feel comfortable speak out if they are experiencing challenges with their own mental health.”



Riding in 30 minute increments throughout the day, the Coronis team covered 1873km during the week. Over 100 team members participated, some travelling over two hours in support of mental health.

Mental health is becoming an increasingly prevalent issue in Australia, with 42.9% of adults experiencing a mental disorder at some time in their life. The rate within real estate is unfortunately higher. In 2021, a study by Domain revealed 65% of real estate professionals had experienced problems with their mental health. The Victorian Coroner also classifies real estate as a ‘high risk’ industry due to its increased rate of suicide for those in its workforce.

Riding Tour de Office is a part of the Coronis Group’s ongoing commitment to supporting mental health. This commitment includes their close affiliation with Heart On My Sleeve and mental health expert Mitch Wallis.

Mental health matters, which is why the Coronis Group has not only supported Beyond Blue but continued to create an environment where it is ok to not be ok, and open conversations are encouraged. They look forward to continuing to support mental health long into the future.
