Founded by Keiran and Kylie O'Kane, Keyline Property Group has earned a reputation for consistently delivering outstanding results, with expertise ranging from new home developments to off-the-plan apartment sales.
Keyline Property Group, a well-established family-owned real estate agency in Hawkesbury, New South Wales, is embarking on an exciting new chapter of growth and innovation.
With over 30 years of experience, the agency is taking a bold step by partnering with UrbanX to accelerate their expansion, all while staying true to their deeply held family values.
Founded by Keiran and Kylie O'Kane, Keyline Property Group has earned a reputation for consistently delivering outstanding results, with expertise ranging from new home developments to off-the-plan apartment sales. Now, continuing the family legacy, their daughter Amy Daniels—now CEO—reflects on their journey in the real estate industry:
“Real estate has been a passion passed down through many generations in my family. My dad started primarily in land acquisition for development before exploring various aspects of the industry. Growing up, I experienced firsthand the process of living in many different homes, seeing our backyard subdivided, and learning about the highs and lows of the business". Amy continues, "I’ve come to understand the psychology behind real estate, and nothing compares to the rush of positive feedback after a successful property transaction. That’s what truly keeps us motivated in this industry".
The partnership with UrbanX comes at a pivotal moment for Keyline Property Group, as the agency has been experiencing rapid growth, acquiring several new development sites. “We were managing well with one development site and the agency, but things quickly became challenging when we acquired two more development sites", Amy shared.
She emphasised the strain this growth placed on their team: "While our team did an incredible job stepping up and covering gaps, we realised they deserved better management, streamlined processes, and continued support to advance their careers. We also recognised that we needed to help ourselves in properly structuring the business and refining the values and goals of the agency."
With the business expanding faster than anticipated, the need for additional support became clear. Enter UrbanX, "As we were experiencing a significant growth period, we wanted to celebrate our wins rather than constantly feel like we were chasing our tail. I noticed some local agents had gone out on their own and saw UrbanX mentioned in their marketing, so I did some research. After reading through all the information, I immediately took it to Mum and Dad, knowing this was the support system we needed," Amy shared.
The partnership with UrbanX has already made an impact, allowing the family to focus on their newly acquired projects while ensuring the team has the support they deserve. "As a family business, UrbanX will enable us to grow the agency into a standalone company we can oversee, while also spending more quality time together as a family," Amy said.
UrbanX has also played a key role in refining Keyline's branding and business structure. “In our branding interview with UrbanX, they asked us to describe our agency as a car. Without hesitation, my dad said, ‘a humble Toyota Kluger.’ We’re reliable, not flashy, and we stay true to our core values. UrbanX understood that perfectly and helped us bring that authenticity into our new branding,” Amy explained.
Reflecting on the partnership so far, Amy shares, ““UrbanX has been incredibly prompt and professional, and we’re excited to start kicking goals as a team,”.
This partnership marks a thrilling new chapter for Keyline Property Group, positioning them for significant growth while remaining deeply committed to the family values and community spirit that have defined their legacy for decades.
