BresicWhitney continues its sustainable growth, following transacting on close to $2.5 billion in sales in previous financial year, said Chief Executive Officer Thomas McGlynn.
BresicWhitney has announced the appointment of established sales agent Brighton Keefe to its team.
Mr. Keefe has seven (7) years real estate experience across both America and Sydney, and more recently, has positioned himself as a specialist in the suburbs of Alexandria, Rosebery, and Mascot.
He will further support BresicWhitney’s established Inner City and Inner East teams, contributing to the group’s 20+ year success and legacy in these fast-moving, coveted markets.
Mr. Keefe was drawn to BresicWhitney for not only its presence and capability in these markets, but its established brand and industry-leading culture.
"Joining BresicWhitney is a significant step in my career," said Mr. Keefe.
"Not only it is a place where I know I’ll be able to deliver the very best client experience and results, but it’s a business that I know genuinely supports and empowers its people to do so. I’m excited to join a team of likeminded people who are passionate, collaborative and want to achieve great things,” he concluded.
In the 2024 financial year, BresicWhitney transacted on close to $2.5 billion of Sydney property. In the year to date (January - July), the group has surpassed over $1.3 billion in residential sales.
These figures represent the momentum and evolution that BresicWhitney continues to undergo, said Chief Executive Officer Thomas McGlynn.
“We are not growing for the sake of growing. We are doing so with intention, strategy, and sustainability in mind. The people we’re attracting recognise this and want to be part of and contribute to our ambition to be Sydney’s leading property group.
“Brighton has recognised that and the opportunities that there’ll be for his career progression. Not only because of our ambition, but our culture that is built on our values, including excellence, togetherness, and wise judgement.
“Brighton’s expertise will continue to allow us to deliver exceptional results for our clients not only in the Inner City but across Sydney’s key lifestyle markets. We’re pleased to welcome him.”
