Before embarking on this venture, both Frank and Riccardo were seasoned agents, dedicating their professional lives to matching individuals with their dream homes. What keeps their fire for real estate burning is, "Meeting different people daily, selling beautiful properties, and helping buy and sell their dream homes," says Frank, who boasts an impressive 44-year career in the industry. 

The decision to build their own business had been on their mind for the past five years, ever since Riccardo joined the industry to follow in his father's footsteps. The duo recognised the need for flexibility, the pursuit of their own goals and the desire to grow a family business.
