For a second year running, Helen Wilson has taken out the Belle Property NSW/ACT state awards for Number One Sales Agent (GCI) and this year has also been recognised as the fourth top sales agent nationally for the network.
Belle Property Group CEO Peter Hanscomb said to be recognised as the fourth top sales agent nationally in a group with 180 offices was an outstanding achievement.
“Helen is a true asset to our team. With the growth in regional areas over the last 12 months, for Helen to remain in the top four agents shows her skill and dedication. We look forward to helping to continue to support her in her achievements and growth as a real estate professional.”
Commenting on winning the awards, Helen Wilson who specialises in selling real estate in Cammeray on Sydney’s Lower North Shore said, “I think my success comes from being multi-skilled due to the diverse nature of the real estate profession the different types of homes, buyers, sellers and situations I navigate in my role as sales professional.
“ My clients are the most important part of my business, so as long as every decision I make puts them first, we will always succeed.
Without them I wouldn’t have won these awards. Being recognised as the number one agent just reaffirms the confidence I already have in what I am doing and how I go about it.”
“Helen has a wonderful work ethic where she really puts her clients first and is one of the hardest working agents I have seen in my 20 years in the industry,” Belle Property Neutral Bay Co-Principal Matthew Smythe said. “She is friendly and warm, with a strong community focus and does every single thing she can to help her clients achieve their goals which really sets her apart from other agents.”
Belle Property Neutral Bay Co-Principal Mark Jackson said Helen has really built a brand around her and her core area, “More importantly Helen’s connection to the community in which she lives is at the heart of everything she does.
“From dancing in the local ‘Stars of the North’ charity event raising funds for the Cancer Council of NSW, supporting local businesses, working with the local Bushcare group or facilitating community easter egg hunts and colouring competitions, she puts her heart and soul into making a difference.
“Working across a mix of properties she is an elite agent who is only continuing to get better and stronger in her sales ability and has a solid career ahead of her.”
