The team behind two Belle Property offices in Canberra is going from strength to strength with the opening of a third office in the nation’s capital.

Successful principals Richard Davies, Louise Harget and Dan McAlpine are opening their new office in Belconnen on May 8 in an expansion of the Belle Property footprint.

This will be their third office after Belle Property Canberra and Belle Property Queanbeyan.

Mr McAlpine says having an office presence in Belconnen will support clients and agents living and working there. “We have helped many clients to buy, sell and rent in Belconnen over the years. We’re excited to announce our new Belle Property Belconnen office which will help even more clients,” he says.

“This third office will enable agents to better service client needs, while cementing Belle Property’s foothold in the local property market.”

The three principals opened their first Belle Property office in Canberra seven years ago, and today have 45 staff at their award-winning offices.

The trio first chose to go with the Belle Property franchise because they respected the brand and network.

“Belle Property is recognised as a premium brand that attracts high quality listings. In turn this draws more buyers, creating more competition and the chance of better prices for vendors,” Mr McAlpine says.

He says the agency has consistently ranked first on Canberra property portal Allhomes, when it comes to views and time spent viewing listings.
