Knight Frank Interim Head of Residential Erin van Tuil said Knight Frank was expanding its residential team with a growing focus on Residential Project Sales.
Knight Frank has made a new appointment to grow its residential team, with Luke Hayes starting as Director of Residential Project Sales.
Mr Hayes has a decade of experience in residential property, specialising in residential projects.
As Director of Residential Project Sales at Knight Frank, Mr Hayes will be based in Sydney and will focus on Residential Project Sales and client advisory.

“With the success of Crown Residences at One Barangaroo, we are increasingly being called upon to advise our clients on super prime and prime residential developments for our expertise in creating and selling an owner-occupier focused product,” she said.
“Luke has in-depth product knowledge in this area and is a great addition to our team as we continue to grow in this space.
“His role will include client advisory from the inception of a project, from purchasing the site and advising on the optimal outcome, to creating and delivering thoughtful sales and marketing strategies aligned to our clients’ needs.”
Mr Hayes said he was thrilled to be joining Knight Frank and growing the residential team in project sales, with several exciting new projects coming to the market in the next six weeks.
“Since commencing my career in real estate, I have gained valuable experience in the multi-faceted sector of residential project sales.
“I have worked alongside developers on projects, from inception to completion, selling the sites, advising on the ideal product mix and introducing consultants, and finally selling the project off the plan.
In addition to selling off the plan, I have sold completed properties, large-scale multi-dwelling projects to boutique luxury developments.
“A long-term eastern suburbs and north shore resident, I have gained in depth knowledge of these areas and I look forward to utilising my experience working across the CBD, South Sydney, Inner West and Northern Beaches with Knight Frank.”
