One of Ray White’s top international businesses, Ray White Upper North Shore, has added two real estate heavy hitters to its management team, Charles Caravousanos has come on board as the office’s Group General Manager and Michael Rava joins as Head of Growth and Development.

Mr Caravousanos (pictured above) has extensive experience at the cutting edge of brand management, business development and client services which provides him with the perfect skill set for overseeing the ongoing growth and success of the Ray White Upper North Shore Group.
Born, raised and schooled on the North Shore, his local knowledge is without peer and there is no pocket of the area to which he is not connected.
Over 25 years in the business, with 20 as a partner in a leading franchise of five agencies spread across the North Shore, he has built his career from the foundations of a skilled negotiator, a revered strategist and an accomplished business builder.
Mr Rava (pictured above) is commercially astute, a strategic leader and a senior manager. He brings his extensive experience and proven results in sales management, client relationship management and marketing within the highly competitive real estate and property development sectors.
Mr Rava believes real estate, at its heart, is a people business and he plans to utilise his extensive skill set in a mentoring and development role to help the team at Ray White Upper North Shore get the most out of their careers.
He is an expert in lead generation, time management, communication and best practice and devising short, medium and long-term strategies to expedite growth.
