A husband and wife real estate team are set to take on the Gold Coast prestige property market, opening the first local office for leading prestige agency, Adcock Prestige.
Dan and Essie Moloney will work the luxury property market along the southern end of the Gold Coast.
Mr Moloney said they had joined Adcock Prestige because it’s ethos perfectly aligned with their philosophy of providing the leadership, advice, and knowledge necessary to help property buyers and sellers.
“Essie and I are proud to now align ourselves with Adcock Prestige, a brand which for the past two decades, has built a strong reputation for its professionalism and results as specialists in the prestige property market,” he said.
Mrs Moloney said opening the agency on the Gold Coast would allow them to offer vendors another option when it came to selling their prestige property.
“Joining such a renowned agency means we will be able to target, local, interstate and international buyers to ensure we achieve a premium result every time,” she said.
Adcock Prestige principal, Jason Adcock, said a move into the Gold Coast luxury market had always been part of the group’s expansion plans.
“When we rebranded and relaunched Adcock Prestige almost nine months ago, I was keen to set up shop on the Gold Coast, but I just had to find the right agents to do that,” Mr Adcock said.
“They needed to be a perfect fit and that’s exactly what Dan and Essie are. They are part of the Gold Coast community and that sort of thing is important to people buying and selling. They want someone who lives and breathes the area, who is part of the fabric of the community.”
As well as being an agent Dan is a licenced auctioneer who will handle all the Adcock Prestige auctions on the Gold Coast.
“As a husband-and-wife team we don’t just work in real estate, we live it. Our passion is to change the industry and the way real estate is done. At the end of the day, real estate is not about buying or selling properties, it is about relationships and understanding people, their wants, needs and their personal situation,” Mr Moloney said.
