The Agency has further cemented its position in Sydney’s prestigious North Shore with the addition of highly experienced and skilled agent Nick Separovich to the team.

Specialising in the suburbs of Chatswood, Willoughby and Artarmon, Nick is a Sydney North Shore native and has specialised in the area for 22 years.

Nick’s career kicked off when he perused the ads section in the Sydney Morning Herald and joined a real estate agency in Chatswood. He hasn’t looked back since, and his strong network of referrals built up over many years means his listings can be spread from Mosman to Hornsby and include prestige listings to investor units.

A lifetime Chatswood local, Nick has seen the area undergo a rapid transformation in the last two decades. What started as “very much a working class area” has now become the crown jewel of Sydney’s North Shore, Nick explain.

“Chatswood has become a CBD within Sydney. The area has transformed into a bustling hub with a landscape of high rise apartments and offices, shopping and a transportation interchange. I remember as a kid, the biggest building in Chatswood was the Lemongrove building, which was just five storeys.”

While the area has transformed, the type of clients Nick is service is similar to those from when he first started in the industry. 

“There are always people moving into the area, attracted to the lifestyle and ideal location. Chatswood, Willoughby and Artarmon are so handy to the city and Parramatta, and you can pretty much be anywhere in Sydney in 20 minutes.”

Nick’s accolades include being named in REB’s Top 100 sales agents list in previous years, and consistently breaking street and suburb records on the mid north shore. 

On his move to The Agency, Nick says “it’s like getting the band back together again,” having known Real Estate CEO Matt Lahood and Group CEO Geoff Lucas for 10 years.

Nick’s desire to give back to the community has culminated in the charitable work he has been doing for Westmead Children’s Hospital for over seven years now.
