RE/MAX Australia announced two strategic appointments Chris Fox RE/MAX Business Growth Manager and Daniel Mumford RE/MAX Client Engagement Manager. RE/MAX Managing Director Joel Davoren said the two latest additions to the team were a sign of strength and growth in the innovative, agile RE/MAX network.
RE/MAX Australia announced two strategic appointments this month with Chris Fox as the latest addition to its business growth team and Daniel Mumford as Client Engagement Manager.
Managing Director Joel Davoren said the decision to offer the growth-focussed role to Mr Fox was made easy because he presented as an extremely professional and tenacious individual who genuinely builds rapport and trust with ease.
“He has more than seven solidly successful years in property management, which includes business ownership and working with recognised brands.
“Chris has a great track record of business development and in appointing him, we recognise that having a growth mentality is more important than whether your background was in sales or property management.
Mr Fox joined the RE/MAX Australia team as Business Growth Manager (BGM) – Southside, which takes in south of the Brisbane River to Coffs Harbour. RE/MAX Australia’s corporate headquarters is in Brisbane with its BGMs based currently in Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia.
“I have built sales acumen though business development roles, am strong in selling property management and am please RE/MAX saw my fit with the BGM role through the outcomes I’ve achieved in growth of rent rolls and property management-derived income,” said Mr Fox.
Mr Davoren said the Client Engagement Manager was extremely important to RE/MAX Australia and of immense benefit to broker owners and their teams.
“Daniel is responsible for the integration of tools and resources into the network, with a strong focus on technology.
“We recognised the breadth of his real estate experience, through hands-on and back-end operational, as very advantageous. Daniel has been successful in real estate sales, as a buyer’s agent, in property management and as a property advisor for more than a decade and he also has a very strong network of agent contacts in the industry.
“This makes him exceptionally qualified for this vital role.”
Mr Mumford first joined RE/MAX as a sales agent in February 2019. Most recently, the past 12 months saw him return to a previous employer, Hot Property Management, on their request to work in a strategic role.
“I was effectively helping property investors to turbocharge their portfolios to build equity,” he said. “It was always to be a temporary position and I was seeking greater opportunities when the RE/MAX role was brought to his attention.”
Mr Davoren said the two latest additions to the team were a sign of strength and growth in the innovative, agile RE/MAX network.
