Top Kingscliff/Casuarina agent Mason Garten has launched his brand Mason Garten Real Estate into the marketplace, after operating locally for around 15 years.

Mason has chosen to use the REAL for Agents model for the launch, with Mason Garten Real Estate powered by REAL on the back end.

Originally with REAL Specialists when the agency was a traditional franchise office, Mason left to open his own office and start his own brand.

After a few years he came back, realising that he didn't want the hassle of having his own office.

Since embarking on the REAL for Agents model Mason now has the ability to have his own brand and be powered by REAL on the back end without the overheads that his old office used to bring.

“I love the REAL for Agents system,” Mason told WILLIAMS MEDIA. “It frees me up completely, and I've got an awesome lifestyle but still make great money.” 

“The REAL system is ideal. I've been a business owner and I ran my own office, but realised I wasn't interested in the hassle that involved. I just want to focus on listing and selling. Now I can do that, but still run through my own brand without the overheads and headaches I used to have.”

Kingscliff/Casuarina was the strongest property market in NSW for 2020 and 2021 is shaping up to be the same.
