Get to know Matt Luff of REAL Specialists

A former ARERA Rookie of the Year, Matt is eager to showcase his community spirit with his clients and vendors in Northern NSW.

Matt Luff kick-started his real estate career in 2006 at a family-owned and operated agency based in Sydney.

Throughout his career Matt has been recognised for his dedication and professional achievements, winning the ARERA Rookie of the Year award in 2008, and being named finalist in the ARERA Rising Star of the Year category in 2010 and ARERA Agent Achiever of the Year in 2011.

As a local member of Salt Surf Life Saving Club, Matt has enjoyed becoming a part of the community, meeting some of the faces and personalities of Kingscliff and is eager to showcase his community spirit with his clients and vendors.

WILLIAMS MEDIA spoke to Matt Luff about his recent milestones.

What has been your greatest milestone achieved and why?

My greatest milestone is being part of a great community where the majority of my business comes through repeat and referral clients.

How has REAL Specialists helped you achieve your milestones?

RS offers great flexibility and awesome admin support, with ability to harness the network's systems and structure over residential and commercial transactions.

What is one thing you have learned over your years as an agent?

Client first. Provide the best service possible and clients will come back and refer their friends to you.

What are your predictions for the 2021 market in your area?

Short supply, strong demand and the building of infrastructure, including Tweed Valley Hospital, road and School upgrades are all projects that hold us and our market in good stead.

Describe a few recent sales highlights

19 Echo Lane, Casuarina is a new, 5-bedroom home in a beachfront street, close to Casuarina town centre. The home features soaring light-filled living spaces open to private garden with relaxed entertaining and family-friendly outdoor living and was sold for a street record of $2,675,000.

“Matt provided me with an in-depth market research report of properties in my area which gave me current data to allow me to make a decision regarding the sale of my property,” the owner of the property told WILLIAMS MEDIA. “During the sale process his attention to detail and communication were fantastic and very much appreciated. At no time during the process was I wondering what was happening. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to any potential client whether interested in purchasing or selling.”

3/1 Kingscliff St, Kingscliff is a 2-bedroom apartment located on the light filled second floor of an in-demand complex, the unit opposite Dreamtime Beach. With views over Cudgen headland, Kingscliff town and the ocean beyond, the property was sold for $767,000.

The vendor of the property is a repeat client of Matt’s, and told WILLIAMS MEDIA, “From our first meeting, Matt was professional and helpful. He kept me informed of progress, and consulted me when required. He made the whole process stress free. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone selling their property in the area.”

The buyer, a repeat client, told WILLIAMS MEDIA, “Matt was extremely helpful from start to finish, quick to respond and informed us throughout the whole process. Very happy with the whole experience.”
