What is the one thing you have learnt over your years as an agent?
Listen very carefully to what the vendor is asking of you and stay punctual with your phone calls and emails.
What do you love most about the REAL model?
I love that I can be my own brand and have the back-end support provided by REAL.

What are your interests outside of Real Estate?
I’m a massive Rugby League follower. I played for South Sydney in my late teens and played 3 years Rugby Union in Canada. Horse racing is a passion throughout the family, and I don’t mind fishing, as long they are biting.

What are your predictions about the 2021 market in your area?
I believe the market will stay strong for some time.
What advice would you give to your vendors for the best outcome?
That depends on their situation. I guide them to the best of my knowledge with what is happening week by week.
What are your vendors currently saying about the market?
They are amazed by the prices that sellers are obtaining.
What are buyers currently saying about the market?
They are finding a vast number of people bidding for the one house and there is not a lot of choice.
