REAL Specialists have taken over the daily administrative tasks of Property Managers at First National Real Estate Western Edge in the Chinchilla and Toowoomba regions, west of Brisbane.
Administrative duties are time consuming and may be delayed when team members have other important matters at hand. REAL has introduced a new system to expedite admin tasks and reduce costs for FN Western Edge.
Speaking to WILLIAMS MEDIA, First National Real Estate Western Edge Principal Director Bec Gurski said her team appointed Real Specialist Admin to streamline their administration processes and to take the work off the property Management team.
“It was the best decision we made for the company and the whole process has been hassle free,” Bec told WILLIAMS MEDIA, “The team at Real Specialist Admin are amazing and very easy to communicate with, always on the ball, and get the work completed very promptly.”
“We cannot thank Shallain, Katrina, and the team enough for the support they have provided to our team and streamlining our administration tasks within our office.”
The team says there are multiple benefits to the arrangement. REAL Specialists’ trained admin team speed up the process, which is streamlined to ensure all tasks are completed at the same to a high level in a timely manner.
While previously all leases were being printed, then posted or hand delivered, this has now been automated.
This in turn frees up FN Western Edge’s Property Managers to give customer service to their owner and tenant clients, as well as potential new business clients.
Admin duties, including lease renewals, trust receipting, paying of invoices, monitoring of arrears, issuing of routine notices, and processing of applications, can continue whilst property managers are on the road inspecting properties or even on holidays.
Using REAL’s service can help reduce overheads, by freeing up office space to make savings in rent and reducing wages costs.
