WILLIAMS MEDIA spoke to Ben about the real estate market in South East Queensland.
What do you love most about the REAL model?
I think the REAL model is a fantastic new approach to real estate and is going to revolutionize the way agents can operate. I think it will do what Uber did for the taxi industry.
What are your interests outside of Real Estate?
My hobbies are hiking up in the hinterland, motor bikes, traveling, scuba diving, and flying drones.
What are your predictions about the 2021 market in your area?
My prediction for 2021 is that it is a sellers’ market.
What advice would you give to your vendors for the best outcome?
It’s time to tidy up your properties and fix and small cosmetic jobs that need doing, then put your property on the market as an expression of interest or auction.
What are your vendors currently saying about the market?
Vendors are more than happy with the prices we are achieving for them.
What are buyers currently saying about the market?
Buyers are saying they need to get in quick with a good offer because those that are hesitating are missing out as properties are getting snapped up real quick.
