What is the one thing you have learnt over your years as an agent?
Customers are looking for new and innovative ideas that will help them compete more effectively in this forever changing market. As agents, we must go above and beyond to serve our customers better, improve quality, support the environment, and evolve with the market.
What do you love most about the REAL model?
The backing and support offered by the REAL model makes it the next generation of estate agency for agents.
What are your predictions about the 2021 market in your area?
There is no stopping the continuing rise in the Southern Gold Coast market. Australia and the world are now aware that the beauty of the Gold Coast is like no other location, and people are choosing to move here in record numbers.

Be honest and real with your agent, this is a business transaction and we are here to help you get the best possible result.
Get the best photos, floor plans and marketing done for your property. The best marketing will get you the best result.
Be sure your property is well presented, lawns, staging if needed and so on.
Your agent is a skilled negotiator, so really listen to what they have to say... it's our job.
What are your vendors currently saying about the market?
The expectations are high from vendors on the southern Gold Coast, with properties selling well above the market value, and in extraordinary time frames. It is their market at the moment, buyers should bring their A game.
What are buyers currently saying about the market?
It is hard to secure a place with so many properties selling before they hit the market and with record prices.

When possible, I can be found on Currumbin Creek with my handmade ski, either fishing, snorkelling or just going for a relaxing paddle. If the tide is low and the water is not favourable, a walk from the Alley to Kirra or a bush walk at Mt Cougal. Music, guitar, and photography are also hobbies of mine.
