Shaun O’Callaghan has built a solid career in real estate since 2006 when he left the construction industry. The sales consultant at hockingstuart Torquay was recently named the Sales Agent of the Year across the network's 50 offices at their annual achievement awards.

O’Callaghan believes success in real estate is "all about servicing clients to the best of your ability, understanding their motivation and having comprehensive marketplace knowledge." Before joining hockingstuart, he spent 14 years in the building industry as a carpenter, a foreman, and finally, a site manager of high-end residential construction projects.
