Raine & Horne is cementing its position as Australia's fastest-growing real estate network with the opening of a new Botany office.
Long-term Raine & Horne employees, Paul and Olivia Kosta, launched a new office in Botany last week - the first real estate office in the suburb.
Raine & Horne opened 28 offices in 2016, making it the fastest growing real estate network in Australia.
“There are no other real estate brands with a physical office presence in Botany, so this is an opportunity to raise the flag in one of Australia’s most historic suburbs that is also one Sydney’s most exciting real estate markets,” said Angus Raine, executive chairman, Raine & Horne.
“Others have offices in surrounding suburbs such as Mascot and Rosebery, but a shopfront in Botany is a valuable point of difference for Paul, Olivia and Raine & Horne Botany," he said.
Raine said the South Sydney corridor from Redfern to Botany Bay blends urban and light industrial uses, delivering a strong economic base for employment alongside old and new residential housing.
Mr Kosta joined the "dynamic" Raine & Horne office in Maroubra in 2003. Mrs Kosta grew up in Botany, and has worked for ten years in property management with the Maroubra team.
The new office is located at Shop 1, 1144-1146 Botany Road, Botany.
