Longstanding and highly respected McGrath principals Matthew King and Kieran Bresnahan who operate the McGrath St George South West Group have announced the acquisition of three key offices in Sydney’s prized Sutherland Shire district.

McGrath Cronulla, Sylvania and Engadine, all highly successful agencies within the McGrath network, will join McGrath St George South West extending the region’s offices to nine. 

The expanded group will have a Sales team comprising 37 lead agents and 28 sales agent associates. It will cover the area from Kingsgrove in the north to Cronulla in the south, Kurnell in the east to Engadine in the west of The Shire and to Revesby in the south-west.

Matt King and Kieran Bresnahan founded the first Shire office for McGrath in 2003 when they launched McGrath Cronulla. “Both Matt and Kieran are Shire locals and are well placed to understand client needs,” said Mr Mourd. 

Mr King is excited to add the three offices to their St George South West business. “We see great opportunity in The Shire,” he said.

“There are a lot of buyers coming from the east and the inner west as well as from our St George South West area. These buyers are attracted to the Shire for its lifestyle and waterfront accessibility, beaches and natural beauty.” 

The Shire is popular with families who benefit from the excellent schools, transport, cafes and sporting facilities. 

Kieran Bresnahan said the combined resources of the St George South West and Sutherland Shire teams will be of huge benefit to the marketplace. “We’ll operate as one giving us the ability to better serve our clients,” said Mr Bresnahan. 

The expanded group will have offices in Cronulla, Sylvania, Engadine, Sans Souci, Brighton Le Sands, South Hurstville, Beverly Hills, Oatley and Revesby.
