Prestige agent William Manning agreed saying, “The result is a culmination of cohesive work by a diligent, finely tuned team under great leadership. It’s very satisfying to have the opportunity to work with people of such skill and talent.”
Several significant sales have been negotiated both off market and from current sales campaigns with the highest being 78 Kambala Road in Bellevue Hill which sold for circa $50 million through Luke Hogan and William Manning.

Before the weekend was over, both homes had sold for a sum of about $30 million. “It’s all about matching buyers to the right property and our agents excel at that,” said Mr Pontey.

“Buyers are now more willing to offer flexibility in order to own luxury eastern suburbs real estate,” he said. “Sellers who are willing to negotiate are reaping the benefits of having their property sold leaving them free to move onto their next chapter.”
Colleague James Ledgerwood who partners with agent Ben Fraser is witnessing strength in the luxury Bondi Beach market.
“We had multiple contract holders vying for a three-bedroom apartment on Campbell Parade,” he said. “The strongest interest came from eastern suburbs locals. The $8.5 million we achieved underpins the depth of buyers for luxury beachfronts in Bondi.”

“This market is about the skill of the agent in achieving great prices.” said Mr Pontey.
